Yutai Optics provides high precision and high reliability optical component solutions for the aerospace industry. Our products are widely used in multiple critical subsystems. On satellites and spacecraft, high precision optical lenses and mirrors serve as core components in remote sensing cameras and star trackers, supporting earth observation, navigation and positioning, and attitude determination. Various optical filters are used to accurately separate spectral signals of different wavelengths.
In aircraft and aviation equipment, we produce optical windows capable of withstanding high pressure and extreme temperature variations, providing reliable sensor protection and observation channels for airplanes and drones. Additionally, our optical components are used in the imaging modules of flight simulators and helmet-mounted display systems.
The infrared band includes a wide range of wavelengths, from 780nm to 14um, which is divided into near infrared, mid infrared and far infrared.
Porro prisms are used for a 90° light path bend by using the hypotenuse face of the prism rather than the leg faces.They are similar to right angle prisms.
BaF2 transmits from the ultraviolet to the infrared, from 150-200nm to 11-11.5μm, and can be used as a material to make optical components such as lenses.
Calcium Fluoride has good performance at optical and thermo-mechanical properties, it can be used for optical windows, spherical lens, prisms and cylinders within a wide range from 130nm to 9μm.
