An infrared cut-off filter (IR Cut Filter) is an optical element that is mainly used to block infrared light (wavelength usually greater than 700nm) and allow visible light (about 400-700nm) to pass through. It is widely used in modern imaging systems, especially in digital cameras, smartphone cameras, security surveillance and other areas of critical importance.
CaF2 Fused Silica CaF2 Triplet Lenses
Triplet achromatic lenses offer excellent performance in chromatic and aberration correction and are suitable for high precision optical systems, but have higher cost, weight and assembly complexity. The choice needs to be weighed against the specific needs of the application.
